9:30am - 10:30am
Each group class is a live, interactive experience hosted on Zoom. With a time frame of one hour (60 minutes), each class is guided by one of our certified fitness instructors. Everyone is welcome to join. No weights required. All ages, abilities and skill levels are encouraged to join!
