9:00 am-10:00am

12pm-1pm

5:30pm-6:30pm

8:00pm-9:00pm

Saturday

11am-12pm

Each group class is a live, interactive experience hosted on the ZOOM platform. With a time frame of one hour (60 minutes), each class is guided by one of our dedicated coaching staff members. Everyone is welcome to join. No weights required. All ages, abilities and skill levels are encouraged to join!
