What is Staying Driven?

Fitness that meets you where you are.

Staying Driven is a live, interactive fitness community designed with the adaptive and aging population in mind. Every class is coached live over Zoom, so you can work out from home with a community of people who understand that every body moves differently.

Whether you're an adaptive athlete, aging adult, recovering from an injury, new to fitness, or simply looking for a supportive way to stay active, Staying Driven gives you access to expert coaching, daily programming, and a community that wants to see you succeed.

No gym membership. No intimidating fitness environment. No need to fit into someone else's idea of what a workout should look like.

Just show up, move your body, and do what you can.
